Acceptable Use Policy

PRIUTH Search · Last updated: 25 October 2026

PRIUTH is intended for ordinary web search, research, learning, and lawful discovery of information made publicly available on the Web. Use must respect applicable law, third-party rights, publisher access rules, and the security and availability of the service.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use PRIUTH or its results to:

2. Respect third-party websites

A result link does not authorise you to access a destination, bypass authentication or paywalls, defeat technical restrictions, scrape at scale, or conduct security testing. Follow the destination site's terms, access controls, robots directives, and applicable law. Obtain explicit authorisation before intrusive testing of systems you do not own or administer. The fact that information is publicly reachable does not remove all privacy, copyright, confidentiality, or other legal obligations.

3. Automated access and rate limits

Automated use must not degrade the service or bypass safeguards. PRIUTH may rate-limit, block, suspend, or otherwise restrict requests when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, manage resource limits, or comply with law. Nothing in this policy grants a right to crawl PRIUTH or any third-party site without permission.

4. Search results are not authorisation or advice

PRIUTH results are informational discovery links only. They do not establish that a destination is safe, lawful, accurate, authorised, endorsed, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on a result as permission to monitor, contact, identify, exploit, or otherwise act against any person or system.

5. Reports and contact

Report suspected security issues, abusive use, harmful listings, privacy concerns, or policy problems to contact@ggxlabs.in with the subject “PRIUTH Abuse Report”, or use the GGX Labs contact page. Include relevant URLs and a brief description, and provide only information reasonably needed to review the report. Do not send passwords, access tokens, OTPs, or unrelated sensitive data.

6. Enforcement and lawful rights

We may investigate reports, restrict access, preserve limited security evidence where appropriate, remove or correct a PRIUTH listing, or refer suspected unlawful activity to the relevant provider or authority where legally justified. We do not promise a particular action or response time. This policy does not authorise conduct prohibited by law or replace statutory procedures, and mandatory rights and obligations remain unaffected.
