Privacy Notice
PRIUTH Search · Last updated: 25 October 2026
This notice explains the data flows specific to PRIUTH Search, an early-stage independently indexed search service published under the GGX Labs brand. It should be read with the GGX Labs Privacy Policy, which covers broader platform-wide processing, and the PRIUTH Cookie & Storage Notice.
1. Operator and scope
PRIUTH Search is published by Abhijot Singh under the GGX Labs brand. The privacy and support contact is contact@ggxlabs.in; the public contact page is ggxlabs.in/contact. Where an invoice, order, or other commercial document identifies a different contracting entity for a particular transaction, that document should be reviewed for that transaction.
The GGX Labs Privacy Policy covers general platform-level practices. This notice adds PRIUTH-specific details about search queries, browser URL/history behaviour, the search index, crawler metadata, and externally loaded result media. It does not reduce any mandatory rights under applicable law.
2. Information involved in using search
- Search terms and category: the text you choose to submit (up to 160 characters) and the selected vertical, such as Web, Images, Videos, Shopping, or News. The browser sends these to PRIUTH's same-origin search API in a POST body to retrieve matching indexed results.
- Address bar and browser history: after submission, the current page URL includes the query in a
qparameter and, for non-Web verticals, akindparameter. The URL can be stored in browser history, bookmarks, copied messages, browser sync, screenshots, or extensions. Reloading or opening that URL can send the page-request URL to the site-serving infrastructure. Do not put passwords, tokens, private records, or sensitive personal information into a search. - Technical and security data: Cloudflare and other relevant hosting, CDN, network, browser, or security providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, request URLs, browser/network characteristics, response status, and abuse/security signals to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Exact provider logging and retention depend on live configuration and provider systems.
- Public page metadata: the PRIUTH crawler processes publicly accessible URLs and limited publisher-provided metadata, such as page titles, descriptions, and supported image, video, product, and news fields. The Cloudflare MVP reads a bounded portion of the HTML head and does not intentionally index page-body text. Discovery and indexing remain subject to crawler rules, publisher directives, technical limits, and the current implementation.
- External result and image requests: opening a result connects your browser to the third-party publisher. In the Images category, PRIUTH may load a publisher-supplied thumbnail directly from its HTTPS host. That host can receive your IP address and ordinary request metadata.
3. Purposes and handling
Search terms are processed to retrieve results from the current index, render the selected category, maintain the service, diagnose errors, protect system integrity, enforce usage limits, and investigate abuse or security incidents where necessary.
The frontend does not intentionally write submitted queries to cookies, local storage, session storage, or a separate PRIUTH application search-history database. This is not a guarantee that the browser, browser extensions, browser synchronisation, hosting providers, network/security systems, or a refreshed page request retain no URL or request metadata.
PRIUTH's crawler discovers and processes publicly accessible webpages. Public availability is not permission to bypass authentication, ignore access restrictions, or infringe a third party's rights. Publisher-provided information may be incomplete or outdated.
4. Providers, external websites, and international processing
PRIUTH is currently delivered through Cloudflare Pages/Workers and related infrastructure, including a D1 database for the Cloudflare search MVP. Provider configuration, logs, security systems, and retention practices can change. Providers process data as required for their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy documentation.
PRIUTH does not control third-party publishers or external image hosts. Search-result links and thumbnails use no-referrer handling in the current browser code, but the destination still receives a normal request when you open it or load its image. Review the destination's privacy and security practices before interacting with it.
The current frontend does not intentionally load third-party analytics, advertising scripts, or external font services. If these practices or other data flows change, this notice and any required choices will be reviewed before the change is enabled.
5. Retention and security
PRIUTH does not maintain a user-facing search-history database. Query-bearing URLs may nevertheless remain in browser history or related browser services, and page-serving providers may create operational or security records. We do not state a fixed infrastructure-log retention period unless that period has been verified against the live provider configuration.
Index records consist primarily of public URLs and publisher-supplied metadata. They may be updated, removed, or retained for security, crawler operation, index consistency, backup, or legal reasons. A request concerning a search listing does not itself erase the publisher's original page.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to an early-stage service, including HTTPS, bounded requests, restrictive browser security headers, safe rendering of result text, and protections on external links. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
6. Privacy questions and requests
Submit a request to contact@ggxlabs.in with the subject “PRIUTH Privacy Request”, or use the GGX Labs contact page. Explain the relevant issue and provide only information reasonably necessary to understand and verify the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card data, access tokens, or recovery codes.
We will assess and respond to requests under the law applicable to the processing and the request. Rights, procedures, exemptions, deadlines, and available regulatory mechanisms differ by jurisdiction and can depend on statutory commencement dates. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 use a phased commencement timetable; this notice does not represent that every provision is already in force on the date above. See the official MeitY Act and Policies repository for current notifications.
We may need to verify a requester's identity proportionately to protect other people and prevent unauthorised disclosure. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, backup recovery, or other lawful purposes.
7. Children and sensitive queries
PRIUTH is a general search interface and does not currently provide user accounts. Avoid submitting personal information about yourself or another person, particularly sensitive information, credentials, or children's information. Search queries may appear in your browser URL/history after submission. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for a particular use, those requirements remain applicable.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect actual changes in the search interface, search URL behaviour, crawler/index data, infrastructure, providers, retention, or applicable law. The date above identifies the published version. A material change in data handling should prompt review before release, not only after deployment.
