Terms of Use
PRIUTH Search · Last updated: 25 October 2026
These Terms apply to your access to and use of PRIUTH Search, an early-stage independent search service published under the GGX Labs brand. The general GGX Labs Terms of Service remain relevant to platform-wide matters; this page addresses the search-specific service and its limitations.
1. Operator and related notices
PRIUTH Search is published by Abhijot Singh under the GGX Labs brand. Contact contact@ggxlabs.in or use the GGX Labs contact page.
Read these terms with the PRIUTH Privacy Notice, Cookie & Storage Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright & Removal Requests, and Search Disclaimer. The central GGX Labs policies address broader platform practices. Mandatory law and non-waivable rights prevail where a term cannot lawfully apply.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
Use PRIUTH only where you may lawfully access it. You are responsible for your use of search results and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights. If you are a minor, any applicable age, capacity, guardian, privacy, or other legal safeguards remain relevant; these terms do not purport to waive them.
3. Search queries and URLs
After you submit a query, PRIUTH displays the query in the browser address bar, using the q parameter and optionally kind for a non-Web category. This makes the search reloadable, bookmarkable, and shareable, but also means the query can appear in browser history, browser sync, copied URLs, screenshots, extensions, or page-request metadata when the page is loaded or refreshed. Do not submit secrets, credentials, sensitive personal data, or information you are not authorised to disclose.
The search API currently receives the query in a same-origin POST request. This UI behaviour does not guarantee that browsers or infrastructure providers store no request metadata.
4. Index coverage and third-party information
PRIUTH discovers and processes publicly accessible pages subject to its crawler rules, technical limits, publisher directives, and current infrastructure. The Cloudflare search MVP principally indexes publisher-provided metadata from a bounded part of the page head; it does not claim to index the entire page body or the entire Web. Search categories can return no results when the relevant metadata is absent.
External websites may change or disappear after indexing. PRIUTH does not control third-party content, accessibility, accuracy, safety, security, privacy practices, or business practices. Independently verify important information against reliable sources before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, or safety-related decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use PRIUTH to facilitate unlawful conduct, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, stalking, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or infringement. You must not attack, overload, probe, exploit, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to PRIUTH or its infrastructure; bypass implemented rate limits or security controls; or automate access in a manner that materially disrupts the service.
A search result is not permission to bypass a third-party site's access controls, violate its terms, ignore applicable law, or perform security testing against systems you do not own or administer. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Intellectual property and reporting
PRIUTH's original interface, software, brand assets, and design remain owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Third-party content, trademarks, and indexed material remain with their respective owners. These terms do not grant you rights to third-party material.
If you believe a PRIUTH listing infringes a right, follow the Copyright & Removal Requests procedure. Removing a listing from PRIUTH does not remove the source material from a publisher's website. The contact page describes a review route; it is not a representation that any specific statutory safe harbour applies or a substitute for a notice procedure required by applicable law.
7. Availability, changes, and suspension
The index, ranking, supported categories, crawler operation, and availability may change as the service develops. We may rate-limit, restrict, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect security, address abuse, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. There is no promise that every URL will be indexed, that any particular result will appear, or that service will remain uninterrupted.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRIUTH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or uninterrupted access. Search results and snippets are informational tools, not professional advice. You choose whether to open a third-party result and are responsible for reviewing the destination.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer protection, statutory remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are interpreted under laws applicable to the relevant use and relationship. Where Indian law applies, mandatory statutory rights and the jurisdiction of competent courts or consumer fora remain as provided by law. This notice does not invent an exclusive court venue or a registered address not verified here.
Questions or complaints may be sent to contact@ggxlabs.in. Nothing in this section limits access to an available statutory consumer, privacy, or regulatory complaint mechanism.
10. Changes and severability
We may update these terms when the service, data flows, infrastructure, policies, or applicable law changes. The date above identifies the published version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
