Acceptable Use Policy

PRIUTH is intended for ordinary web search, research, learning, and lawful discovery of publicly available information. Use must respect people’s rights, publishers’ rights, service security, and applicable law.
1. Prohibited activity
You must not use PRIUTH or its results to:
- Commit, facilitate, or solicit unlawful conduct, fraud, identity theft, phishing, malware distribution, or other abuse.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, doxx, intimidate, discriminate against, or target a person using personal information.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to PRIUTH, its hosting, APIs, database, or related infrastructure; interfere with availability; or evade security controls, rate limits, or usage limits.
- Make requests in a volume or pattern intended to overload, impair, or materially disrupt the service, or systematically harvest results contrary to applicable law or service restrictions.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent authorization, or facilitate unlawful surveillance.
2. Respect third-party sites
A result link is not authorization to access the destination, bypass access controls, copy protected material, scrape at scale, or conduct security testing. Follow the destination site’s terms, robots directives, published access restrictions, and applicable law. Obtain explicit authorization before performing testing or other intrusive activity on systems you do not own or administer.
3. Automated access and abuse handling
Automated use must not degrade the service or bypass implemented safeguards. We may rate-limit, block, or restrict requests, preserve relevant security evidence, or take other proportionate action when necessary to respond to abuse, protect systems, or comply with law.
4. Report an issue
Report suspected security issues, harmful search listings, or policy concerns to contact@ggxlabs.in with the subject “PRIUTH Abuse Report”, or use the GGX Labs contact page. Include relevant URLs and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords, private credentials, or unnecessary personal data.
5. Legal rights remain unaffected
This policy does not authorize conduct prohibited by law or by a third-party service. Read it with the PRIUTH Terms of Use and the relevant GGX Labs Terms of Service. Mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law remain unaffected.
