PRIUTH Search · Last updated: 24 October 2026
This notice explains how the PRIUTH search interface handles information when you search the web. It supplements the broader GGX Labs Privacy Policy, which describes platform-wide privacy practices.
1. Information involved in a search
- Search query and category: the text you submit (limited by the interface to 160 characters) and selected category are sent to the PRIUTH search API so it can find matching indexed pages.
- Connection and security metadata: the hosting/CDN provider and service infrastructure may process IP address, browser and network characteristics, timestamps, request status, and security or abuse signals to deliver and protect the service.
- Third-party pages: when you open a search result, that publisher receives your connection as a visit and processes information under its own policies.
Do not include passwords, payment details, authentication secrets, private records, or sensitive personal information in search queries.
2. Purposes and handling
Search queries are processed to retrieve results, troubleshoot failures, maintain service integrity, reduce abuse, and secure the search service. The browser interface does not save a search-history record to cookies, local storage, or session storage. Search submissions use a same-origin HTTPS API request rather than adding the query to the page URL.
This describes the current public interface and intended service behavior; it is not a guarantee that every network, security, CDN, or infrastructure provider handles no logs. Actual processing and retention also depend on production configuration and provider systems.
3. Search-result image thumbnails
When an indexed result includes a publisher-supplied image and you use the Images category, PRIUTH may load that thumbnail directly from the external HTTPS image host. That host can receive the connection’s IP address and technical request data. PRIUTH sets a no-referrer policy on thumbnails, but it cannot control the external host’s logging or retention. The browser interface does not use those images as tracking pixels.
4. Hosting providers and external websites
PRIUTH is delivered through Cloudflare Pages/Workers infrastructure and may depend on associated database and security services. Those providers process information needed to serve requests and may operate under their own terms, documentation, security controls, and retention rules. PRIUTH does not control the privacy practices of external publishers linked in search results.
The current frontend does not intentionally load third-party analytics, advertising scripts, fonts, or tracking pixels. If that changes, this notice and relevant consent controls will be reviewed and updated as required.
5. Retention and security
The interface does not maintain a local search-history database. Provider-level operational or security logs, where generated, are subject to configured systems, their operational needs, and applicable law. We will not represent a fixed retention period unless it is verified against the live configuration.
Reasonable technical safeguards are used in the frontend, including restrictive browser security headers, no-referrer behavior, and safe rendering of result text. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
6. Privacy questions and applicable rights
Depending on laws applicable to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or raise a grievance. These rights are subject to statutory conditions, exemptions, identity verification, and legitimate retention obligations.
For a request concerning PRIUTH, email contact@ggxlabs.in with the subject “PRIUTH Privacy Request”. Provide enough context to understand the issue, but do not send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details, or recovery codes. You may also use the GGX Labs contact page.
Personal information is handled under laws applicable to the relevant processing, including Indian data-protection requirements when they apply. Nothing in this notice limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Children and minors
PRIUTH is a general search service, not designed to profile children. Users should not submit personal information about themselves or another person in a search query. Where applicable law requires additional consent or safeguards for a child’s personal data, those requirements apply.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when the service, infrastructure, data practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
