1. Operator and related policies

PRIUTH is a search project published by GGX Labs. The wider GGX Labs platform policies apply to relevant platform-wide matters and are incorporated by reference where applicable: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. This notice addresses service-specific matters. Mandatory law controls where a term cannot lawfully apply.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use PRIUTH only if you can lawfully access the service in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you are responsible for observing applicable parental or guardian consent, age-related, and other legal requirements. Do not use PRIUTH to facilitate unlawful conduct or harm another person.

3. Search results and third-party material

PRIUTH indexes information made available through external websites and presents matching metadata, links, and excerpts where available. Coverage and ranking depend on the index, query interpretation, category, and technical availability. We do not control third-party pages, their accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. A result’s presence or ranking does not imply that GGX Labs endorses the page, publisher, product, service, or claim.

External pages may change or disappear after being indexed. Check important facts against the original publisher and other reliable sources before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You must not abuse, overload, probe, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to PRIUTH or its infrastructure; bypass technical limits or security controls; automate requests at a scale that disrupts service; submit malicious payloads; use results for harassment, doxxing, stalking, discrimination, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or infringement; or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

Except for third-party content, PRIUTH’s original interface, software, design, and brand assets are owned by or used by permission of the relevant rights holder. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of PRIUTH or GGX Labs intellectual property to you. Third-party names, marks, and indexed material remain with their respective owners.

You retain rights you already hold in text you submit as a query. You allow the service to process and transmit that query to the extent reasonably necessary to return results and secure the service.

6. Availability, changes, and suspension

The index, features, ranking, categories, and availability may change as the service evolves. We may restrict requests or access where reasonably necessary to manage abuse, protect security, comply with law, or maintain operational integrity.

Search results are informational only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, safety, or other professional advice. See the Search Disclaimer.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a promise that every page will be indexed, every result will be accurate, or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGX Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by relying on a third-party page or unavailable or inaccurate result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer protections, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are subject to laws applicable to the relevant use and relationship. Where Indian law applies, mandatory statutory rights and the jurisdiction of courts or consumer fora provided by law remain unaffected. This notice does not specify an exclusive court venue or attempt to identify a contracting entity beyond the public information currently available.

10. Updates and severability

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, revised policies, or applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above or another appropriate notice where required.
