Copyright & Removal Requests

PRIUTH Search · Last updated: 24 October 2026

PRIUTH indexes and displays links and limited publisher metadata from third-party web pages. This page explains how a rights holder or authorized representative can ask GGX Labs to review a search listing that allegedly infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right.

Important: This is a voluntary contact and review procedure, not a representation that PRIUTH qualifies for any specific statutory safe harbour or that this email is a formal notice under a particular country’s law. Applicable legal procedures and deadlines, where any apply, govern.

1. What we can review

You may request review of a specific result URL, its display title/snippet, or a listing you believe links to infringing material. Removing or adjusting a result in PRIUTH’s index does not remove the source page from the third-party publisher’s website. For removal of the original material, you may also need to contact the publisher or its hosting provider.

2. Information to include

Send a notice to contact@ggxlabs.in with the subject “PRIUTH Copyright Review”. Include the following, as relevant:

  1. Your name and a reliable contact email (and organization, if acting for one).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or other right you believe is affected, with a URL or other description sufficient to identify it.
  3. The exact PRIUTH result URL and the exact source-page URL(s) at issue.
  4. An explanation of why you own the right or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use or listing is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to submit it.
  7. A physical or electronic signature or equivalent identification appropriate to the applicable procedure.

Provide only the information reasonably necessary to identify and evaluate the request. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

3. Review process

We may ask for clarification or evidence of authorization, assess the specific URLs and claimed rights, and take proportionate action where appropriate, including correction, temporary restriction, or removal of a listing from PRIUTH. We may decline a notice that is incomplete, unverifiable, abusive, or does not identify a plausible rights issue. Receipt of a notice is not an admission of infringement, and review does not guarantee a particular outcome or timeline.

Where law or fair process requires it, we may give the relevant publisher or requester an opportunity to respond or provide additional information. We may retain limited records needed to document the request, protect the service, or comply with law.

4. Counter-notices and false claims

If you believe a listing was restricted in error, reply to the correspondence with the result URL, the reason for disagreement, and any supporting information. A counter-notice may need specific information under the law applicable to your request; this page does not substitute for those statutory requirements. Materially false or bad-faith notices may be rejected and may have legal consequences.

5. Trademarks, privacy, and other complaints

For trademark, privacy, personal-data, defamation, or other concerns, describe the right or issue specifically and include the relevant listing/source URLs. A copyright report should not be used to resolve a disagreement with lawful criticism or to suppress material merely because it is unfavorable.

6. Contact

Email contact@ggxlabs.in or use the GGX Labs contact page. Keep a copy of the links and documents you submit.
